Quote, refer, or distribute the material, in whole or in part, to any other party without our prior written consent.

Authorize any third party to use the content for any purpose, or resell, sub license or otherwise make available the content for use or distribution.

Share content outside your internal organization across a network, on a CD or in any other way.
